Submissions for our next issue, Strix #13, are open throughout the month of May, and we need poems and stories to fill it!

It would be really helpful if you could take a second to read the following guidelines, and make sure you follow them when you send us your work.

• Please use the online form below to submit. Submissions sent by email will not be read. We’ve set this form up to reduce the amount of admin involved in producing the magazine - so we can spend more time considering work!

• Maximum of up to 3 pieces of fiction totalling no more than 1,500 words combined

• Maximum of 3 poems, no more than 40 lines each

• No simultaneous submissions

• Work should not have appeared in print or online before (including personal blogs & social media)

• Submissions are read ‘blind’: don't put your name on the work itself, or in the name of the file

All contributors receive a free copy of the magazine, posted to wherever they are in the world. We can't pay people for their work, but we wish we could.

So please send us your work, and help us make Strix #13 an inky, papery reality.
